As the Short-Term Rental Guest Services Manager, I oversee day-to-day guest communications and operational coordination to ensure every stay runs smoothly from inquiry to checkout. I manage guest inquiries, registrations, and platform messaging with a strong focus on responsiveness, clarity, and guest satisfaction. I bring extensive knowledge of Airbnb operations, policies, and short-term rental rules and regulations, allowing me to support both guests and owners with accuracy and compliance. From reservation management to issue resolution, I work closely with our operations and management teams to keep each property aligned with platform standards and local requirements.

 

My role is centered on delivering a seamless guest experience while protecting owner interests, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding high service standards across our portfolio of vacation rentals.
