As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!
